Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not ship internationally, to Alaska, or to Hawaii.

Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown in your cart or checkout before payment.

Delivery Options

Threshold Delivery — $99 Flat Charge

Threshold Delivery is available for small items and eligible furniture items.

Small items include lighting, rugs, accessories, and items under 50 lbs.

Depending on the item, delivery may be made by UPS, FedEx, or another carrier.

For small parcel items, delivery may be made to the front door.

For furniture items, Threshold Delivery means delivery to the front door, garage, lobby, or first dry accessible area.

Threshold Delivery does not include room placement, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.

Platinum White Glove Delivery — $199 Flat Charge

Platinum White Glove Delivery is available for eligible large furniture items.

This is a scheduled appointment delivery.

The delivery company will contact you by phone, email, or text to schedule your appointment.

Platinum White Glove Delivery includes delivery into your room of choice, up to two flights of stairs.

Your space must be clear and accessible before delivery.

The delivery team cannot move existing furniture.

A signature is required at delivery.

Visible damage must be noted on the proof of delivery before signing.

Estimated Delivery Times

In-Stock Small Items

Usually delivered in 2–3 weeks.

Processing time: 5–7 business days
Transit time: 1–2 weeks after shipment

In-Stock Large Furniture

Usually delivered in approximately 4–6 weeks.

Processing time: 7–10 business days
Transit time: 3–4 weeks after shipment

Made-to-Order Items

Items marked Made to Order usually take 7–8 weeks for delivery.

Custom Items

Custom furniture usually takes 10–12 weeks for delivery.

Custom items are made especially for your order and may include selected fabric, finish, size, wood tone, or other options.

Because the piece is made specifically for you, the timeline is longer than regular in-stock furniture.

Custom delivery times may vary by manufacturer and will be shown on the product page when applicable.

Preorder / Next Availability Date Items

If a product page shows a Next Availability Date, the item is not currently in stock.

The item may be ordered now, but it will ship after the estimated availability date.

Next Availability Dates are estimates and may change.

After the item becomes available, normal processing and transit times may still apply.
