Besides the American Black Walnut it is made from, some of the best elements of this entertainment cabinet are found in its thoughtful function. It uses two sliding doors that operate on an inset track. In the "open" position, the two open shelf areas are visible. These spaces include an adjustable shelf, and cord exits to make it easy to access and conceal wiring. In the "closed" position with the doors to the outside, a single center section is revealed. This space includes a drawer which creates a fixed shelf above it for display.
